Somewhere in the mountains there's a place we called home, Where the sun shined brightly where love was known. We shared all we had and asked for little in return, but someone came along one day and stole away our home .....
Lord could you help us we're drowning in our tears, we're dying in loneliness and no one seems to care. Our home longs for laughter and cries for children's voices, still no one hears us no matter how loud our voices ....
Father gave his everything as many of us have done, to see our home stand on solid ground and keep it's beauty strong. Our home stood in peace even on stormy days, there was always so much happiness there then anywhere else we've found. But someone came along one day and stole away our home ....
Everyone who went there learned of love and trust, You couldn't find a better place to call a home. We struggled through the hard times and everyone would lend a hand, We grew and became a family on this precious land .....
No one was every left out and no one was ever rejected, We helped them see through their facades and we helped them learn about themselves. We showed them our kindness and helped them through the storms, We showed them all the rainbows and taught them how special the little things were. But someone came one day without a heart at all and took away our land which we called home ....
Lord we're your children and we don't ask for much, Could you please help us bring back our home 'cause without Camp Saint Malo we have nothing left to call a true home .....
